SINGAPORE, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Middle East crude benchmark spot premiums of Oman, Dubai and Murban rose slightly on Thursday, as the market was awaiting Saudi Arabia to release its official selling prices for January.
Asian refining sources expected Saudi to cut its flagship Arab Light crude by 30-40 cents to the lowest in five years.
India's MRPL issued a tender, which will close on December 5, to seek for one to two million barrels of crude, according to a tender document seen by Reuters on Wednesday.

Cash Dubai's premium to swaps rose 5 cents to 73 cents a barrel.
Hengli will deliver a February-loading Upper Zakum crude cargo to Glencore following the deals.

U.S. crude and fuel inventories rose last week as refining activity picked up, the Energy Information Administration said on Wednesday.
Austrian businessman Bernd Bergmair, former majority owner of an adult entertainment group including website Pornhub, has approached the U.S. Treasury about buying international assets of sanctioned Russian oil major Lukoil LKOH.MM, two sources familiar with the matter said.
