SINGAPORE, Dec 3 (Reuters) - Middle East crude benchmark spot premiums of Oman, Dubai and Murban little moved on Wednesday, after declines in the prior session, as market assessed possible outcomes of the Russia-Ukrain peace talks.
Oil prices rose on Wednesday, reversing earlier losses, as investors believe Russia-Ukraine peace talks are unlikely to lead to the removal of sanctions on Russian crude, though gains were limited by concerns about an overall supply surplus.

OPEC+ members will undergo an annual assessment of their oil production capacity starting next year for use in 2027, OPEC+ sources said, to ensure that the group sets output quotas that are more closely aligned with each country's real capacity.
Kazakhstan exported 225,000 metric tons of oil to Germany in November, pipeline company Kaztransoil said on Wednesday.
The Caspian Pipeline Consortium aims to complete repairs on its third single point mooring (SPM-3) at its Black Sea terminal ahead of schedule, seeking to restore full CPC Blend oil export capacity after a drone attack damaged one of its other moorings, five sources said on Tuesday.
