Koh Brothers Eco Engineering (SGX:5HV) said its unit Infratek established a joint venture company, Tenox Kyusyu Geotek, with Tenox Kyusu in Singapore, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new joint venture company will focus on foundation works and specialist geotechnical engineering.
Infratek and Tenox Kyusu will hold a 50% stake in the JV each.
Shares of the engineering solutions company were up nearly 3% at the close of trade on Tuesday.
