Ericsson (ERIC) said Wednesday it has formed a partnership and taken a minority stake in LotusFlare, a software company that serves the telecommunications industry and enterprises.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
LotusFlare's cloud platform provides consent management and digital commerce solutions that enable monetization of advanced network capabilities, the company said.
