Accel Entertainment (ACEL) reported late Tuesday that its unit Century Gaming Technologies Nevada has bought the route operation assets of Dynasty Games. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal, which expands the premier gaming operator's Northern Nevada platform, is expected to be accretive to fiscal 2026 results, the company said.
The acquisition adds 20 new active locations and around 123 electronic gaming terminals to its portfolio, the company added.
