China International Development (HKG:0264) said Zhao Jingfei stepped down as co-chairman of the company to spend more time pursuing his own business, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
The leather products maker tapped Qin Bohan, an executive director, to succeed Zhao as co-chairman.
Shares of the firm were up 2% in morning trade.
