Guangdong Songfa Ceramics (SHA:603268) shipbuilding arm Hengli Shipbuilding secured a Capesize bulk carrier order for an undisclosed international shipping company.
The contract is valued between $70 million and $100 million, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The 180,000-deadweight-ton ship is scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Shares of the company rose 3% in recent trade.
