St George Mining (ASX:SGQ) held an open day and critical minerals forum at Araxá in Minas Gerais, Brazil, on Monday. Dec. 1, regarding its Araxá niobium-rare earth elements project, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The event was attended by the governor of Minas Gerais, Romeu Zema, and the firm presented an overview of the main activities carried out this year and moderated a discussion on the potential of critical minerals. Representatives of the local government and community at Araxá also attended the forum, the filing added.
Its shares fell 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
