UltraGreen.ai (SGX:ULG) a manufacturer of AI tools for precision surgery, raised around $400 million from its initial public offering, with investors subscribing 13.6 times at $1.45 per share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The offering comprised 112.1 million shares along with 1,033 valid applications for 26.5 million shares which booked a subscription rate of 4.5 times.
Shares of the company however, slumped over 17% in recent trading.
