Shares of Copper Miners Mixed as Softer Chinese Demand Weighs on Prices

Shares of Sandfire Resources (ASX:SFR) inched up in recent Wednesday trade, while Capstone Copper (ASX:CSC) fell around 2%, as copper prices retreated from record highs amid signs of softer demand from China and easing concerns over a looming global supply crunch.

Copper prices fell 1% to settle at $11,145 a ton on the London Metal Exchange.
