New Concepts Further Extends Clear Industry Share Sale Window; Shares Fall 8%

MT Newswires Live12-03

New Concepts (HKG:2221) has extended the deadline for disposing of consideration shares tied to its acquisition of Clear Industry Company, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the construction contractor were down over 8% in Wednesday morning trade.

No shares have been sold to date, and they remain in the agent-held securities account.

The company said the agent agreement has been amended for a second time, extending the disposal period by a further 12 months to Nov. 22, 2026, citing market conditions, the stock's performance over the past year, and limited trading liquidity.
