Dongguan Mentech Optical & Magnetic (SHE:002902) completed the acquisition of 60% of Shenzhen ABB E-Mobility Technology, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
ABB E-Mobility was bought for 118 million yuan, the electronic and optical component manufacturer said.
