EQT Sells Portfolio Swedish Industrial Real Estate Assets to Brookfield

STOCKHOLM--Swedish buyout group EQT said it sold a portfolio of 33 Swedish light industrial real-estate assets to Brookfield.

The portfolio includes a mix of suburban properties neighboring growing university cities in Sweden.

EQT also sold an individual property to ICA Fastigheter. Together, the overall portfolio of sold assets comprises a mix of light industrial properties including warehousing, logistics facilities and production spaces as well as car dealerships, it said.

Financial details weren't disclosed.
