Life Time (LTH) said Monday it will open an 85,000-square-foot athletic country club at 175 Third Street in Brooklyn's Gowanus Wharf development.
The location, which will include rooftop hot and cold pools, a co-ed wet suite, coworking space and indoor pickleball, is part of a larger Charney Companies and Tavros project, Life Time said.
The company said the club will join more than 11 existing New York City locations.
Shares of the company were down 1.6% in recent Monday trading.
