WPP (WPP) will leave the FTSE 100 and move to the FTSE 250 Index following the December quarterly review, with British Land to be added to the blue-chip index, FTSE Russell said Wednesday.
The change will be implemented after the close on Dec. 19 and take effect from the start of trading on Dec. 22, FTSE Russell said.
WPP declined to comment to MT Newswires' query on the matter.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in recent Wednesday trading.
