Amplitude Energy (ASX:AEL) received notice that Super Fund Australian Retirement Trust became a substantial holder of the company on Monday, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The super fund owns 15.4 million shares in the company, representing a 5.16% total voting power, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
