Barclays (BCS) said Tuesday that the Bank of England's stress test outcomes for UK banks showed that Barclays' Q3 common equity tier 1 ratio was 14.1%, compared with the Bank of England's minimum requirement of 7.2%.
The British lender said the test showed its capital target range remains at 13% to 14% as before.
Barclays said its tier 1 leverage ratio for the quarter was 4.9%, compared with the minimum requirement of 3.25%.
Shares of Barclays were up more than 1% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
