China Jushi's Controlling Shareholder to Raise Stake By Up to 250 Million Yuan; Shares Up 6%

China Jushi's (SHA:600176) controlling shareholder, China National Building Material (HKG:3323), plans to raise its holdings in the company by between 125 million yuan and 250 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.

The Chinese fiberglass manufacturer's shares jumped over 6% during Monday's midday trade. CNBM's shares rose less than 2%.

The share increase transaction will be made from Nov. 28, 2025, to Nov. 27, 2026.

Currently, CNBM holds 29.22% of the company's total share capital, or nearly 1.17 billion shares.
