United Company Rusal's (HKG:0486) member, Taishet-Energy, agreed to procure heat energy from Baikalenergo, an associate of En+ Group, for the group's production process and its facilities, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the contract, the member will procure thermal energy in steam from the supplier for a period lasting until Dec. 31, 2026, at an estimated consideration of $48,460.

As the group is procuring heat supply under certain previous contracts as well, the total annual consideration payable by the group for the new heat supply and previous heat supply contracts is $3.5 million for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
