Recruitment and human resources services company TeamLease Services (NSE:TEAMLEASE, BOM:539658) has appointed Suparna Mitra as the managing director and chief executive officer, effective Feb. 2, 2026, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
She will succeed incumbent managing director and CEO, Ashok Reddy, who will take over as the executive vice chairman from Feb. 2, 2026.
Mitra joins TeamLease from Titan (NSE:TITAN, BOM:500114), where she most recently served as the CEO of the watches and wearables division.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
