Sublime China Information (SHE:301299) submitted documents for an initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Monday disclosure to the Shenzhen bourse.
The commodity information service company plans to use the proceeds to advance its research and development capabilities, expand marketing, investments and acquisitions, and for working capital, according to documents filed Friday in Hong Kong.
