Strickland Metals (ASX:STK) said high-grade drill intercepts at the Kotlovi prospect expanded the known mineralization at its Rogozna project in Serbia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Assays received for multiple drill holes completed recently at the prospect include 34.9 meters at 2.2 grams per tonne grade of gold from 324 meters and 14 meters at 1.4 g/t grade of gold from 318 meters, the filing said.
Seven drill rigs are operating at the project, and the company anticipates releasing more assay results in the coming weeks, per the filing.
Shares fell 3% in midday trade on Monday.
