Imdex Agrees to Acquire Luxembourg-Based Imaging Instrumentation Provider, US Unit for 56 Million Euros

Imdex (ASX:IMD) entered into binding agreements to acquire Advanced Logic Technology and its Mount Sopris Instruments unit for 55.8 million euros, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The deal will be funded through the company's cash reserves and existing debt facility, is conditional, and is expected to close within the third quarter of fiscal 2026, the filing said.

The transaction is expected to be accretive to earnings per share in the first year, and contribute incremental revenue of about AU$10 million and normalized earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of about AU$2 million, the company said.

The company also expects to recognize goodwill of about AU$60 million.

Shares of the company rose past 1% in recent Monday trade.
