Ares Management (ARES) said Monday it is consolidating its global logistics real estate platforms under a single brand.
The newly launched Marq Logistics brand will represent the company's vertically integrated global logistics real estate platform managing facilities covering more than 600 million square feet across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.
