Altimmune (ALT) said Monday that Vipin Garg will step down as the company's president and chief executive officer, starting Jan. 1. 2026.
Following the move, Jerry Durso, Altimmune's chairman of the board, will assume the role of president and CEO and retain his position as chairman, the company said.
Garg will continue to serve as an advisor to the company through June 30, 2026, Altimmune said.
