Ruisen Life Service (HKG:1922) said Ernst & Young will be retiring as the auditor of the company, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
In a letter to the company, Ernst & Young said it had considered a number of factors for its decision, including the professional risk associated with the audited and available internal resources in the light of current workflows.
The company said the letter confirmed there were no other circumstances connected with the retirement.
Ruisen Life Service said it planned to appoint Zhonghui Anda CPA as the new auditor of the company.
Shares of the property manager have been suspended from trading since August 2024.
