Anhui Golden Seed Winery (SHA:600199) completed the disposal of its subsidiary, Anhui Jintaiyang Biochemical Pharmaceutical, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
Jintaiyang Biochemical Pharma finished the procedures for changing its industrial and commercial registration with China's Ying Shang County Administration for Market Regulation, the Chinese liquor producer said.
