DL Holdings' Trustee Bought Back Shares Under Incentive Scheme

DL Holdings Group's (HKG:1709) trustee bought back nearly 9.1 million shares from the market for HK$22.1 million under a 2025 share award scheme, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the brokerage were down nearly 2% in Tuesday afternoon trading.

The shares, repurchased from the market, represent 0.45% of the firm's issued share capital.
