Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTSH) said Thursday it is expanding its Synapse initiative, aiming to upskill 2 million individuals by the end of 2030.
The company said it has already surpassed its original goal of upskilling 1 million individuals by the end of 2026.
The Synapse initiative is designed to train individuals in areas such as artificial intelligence.
