CITIC Securities (SHA:600030, HKG:6030) subsidiary CITIC Securities International guaranteed the issuance of $55.7 million in medium-term notes by special purpose vehicle CSI MTN.
The notes were issued in two tranches on Nov. 28 and Dec. 1, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse. Proceeds are intended to supplement the group's working capital.
Shares of the company were down 1% in recent trade on the Shanghai bourse.
