Metro Land (SHA:600683) will acquire an additional 41.7% stake in project partner Ordos Jingtou Yintai Real Estate Development for nil consideration, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The deal will raise the company's stake to 90.7% from 49%, the filing said.
