Dell CEO, Wife Reportedly Donate $6.25 Billion to 'Invest America Initiative,' Trump's Investment Accounts for Kids

Dell Technologies (DELL) Chief Executive Michael Dell and his wife are donating $6.25 billion toward the Invest America Initiative, a federal program signed into law in July by President Trump in which the government intends to seed accounts with $1,000 for each American child born between 2025 and 2028, according to media reports.

The couple plans to give 25 million American children $250 each to jumpstart the planned investment accounts program.

The reports note that the Dells' gift will also fund accounts for 25 million children under 10 years old who aren't already elgible for the proposed program.

According to the website Investamerica.org, sign-ups for the program are currently scheduled for July 4, 2026.
