Meta (META) has acquired artificial intelligence-wearables startup Limitless, chief executive officer Dan Siroker said in a message to customers on Friday, adding that the companies share a vision for AI-enabled wearable devices.
The firms did not disclose financial terms.
Limitless will stop selling its Pendant device but will support existing users for at least a year, Siroker said. Subscription fees are being eliminated, with current customers receiving the Unlimited Plan at no cost.
