US approves potential $301 million sale of air-to-surface standoff missiles to Italy

Dec 5 (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department has approved the potential sale of joint air-to-surface standoff missiles with extended range and related equipment to Italy for an estimated cost of $301 million, the Pentagon said on Friday.

The principal contractor for the sale is Lockheed Martin LMT.N.
