Ocado to receive $350 million from Kroger as U.S. partner scales back robotic warehouses

Dec 5 (Reuters) - Ocado OCDO.L said on Friday U.S. retailer Kroger KR.N will pay a one-off cash payment of $350 million to compensate the British online supermarket and technology group after Kroger's decision to close three robotic warehouses and halt plans for another facility.
