December 8 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Monday:

** Ageas AGES.BR has agreed to acquire the outstanding 25% stake in its Belgian subsidiary AG Insurance from BNP Paribas Fortis for a total consideration of 1.9 billion euros ($2.2 billion), the company announced.

** Turkey's Pegasus Airlines <PGSUS.IS> said it had signed a deal to acquire Czech Airlines $(CSA)$ and its subsidiary Smartwings in a transaction worth 154 million euros ($180 million) in total, with the goal of expanding globally.

** IBM <IBM.N> is in advanced talks to acquire data-infrastructure company Confluent <CFLT.O> for about $11 billion, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, in a move aimed at boosting Big Blue's ability to capture growing demand for cloud services.

** Robinhood Markets <HOOD.O> will acquire Indonesian brokerage firm Buana Capital Sekuritas and licensed digital asset trader Pedagang Aset Kripto, marking the retail trading platform's entry into one of Southeast Asia's major crypto hubs, the company said in a blog post on Sunday.

** Australia's National Storage REIT <NSR.AX> said it has signed a scheme implementation deed with a consortium backed by Brookfield Asset Management <BAM.N> and Singapore's GIC for a buyout deal valuing the self-storage operator at about A$4 billion ($2.65 billion).
