** Shares in Magnum Ice Cream Company MICCT.AS oscillate around their spin-off reference price, having opened below it at 12.2 euros
** At 09227, Amsterdam-listed shares in the ice cream maker, spun off from food giant Unilever ULVR.L, trade at 12.95 euros, about 1.2% above the reference price set by Euronext
** The reference price places Magnum at "a very attractive valuation compared to peer group of snacking companies like Nestle NESN.S, Hershey HSY.N and Mondelez MDLZ.O," says Degroof Petercam
** The broker adds potential reasons for the low reference price could be "limited demand or simply avoiding any risk that shares will collapse as index investors etc have to get out"
** "This could create a nice entry point for the global market leader in ice cream which is targeting a nice top line and earnings growth," adds Degroof Petercam
** About 3.3 million shares have traded so far Monday - LSEG Workspace data
