SBI Shinsei Bank Fixes IPO Price at 1,450 Yen Per Share to Raise 370.2 Billion Yen

SBI Shinsei Bank (TYO:8303) has fixed its initial public offering price at 1,450 yen per share, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The IPO price gives the bank a market value of 1.218 trillion yen, based on its issued shares of 840 million as of Nov. 13.

The bank, a subsidiary of SBI Holdings (TYO:8473), is scheduled for listing on the Prime Market on Dec. 17.

The IPO, which includes an overallotment portion, raised some 370.2 billion yen.
