HitoMile's (TYO:7686) November total sales rose 3% from a year earlier, boosted by an increase in customer traffic and spending across its quick and route delivery services, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Quick delivery sales were up 4.6% mainly due to individual dining establishments, while the rise in average spending per customer was primarily due to the expansion of delivery services.
Route delivery sales were up 3.3% on year, as the figures for both customer traffic and average spending per customer surpassed those of the same month last year.
Store sales fell 6.3% on weaker customer traffic, the company said.
