KindlyMD has hired Teri Gendron as the healthcare-services provider's new chief financial officer.
KindlyMD on Monday said Gendron, who will also serve as the Salt Lake City company's treasurer, succeeds Jared Barrera, who will now serve as senior vice president of finance.
Gendron, 56 years old, most recently served as chief financial officer of insurance-and-investments company Markel Group and previously spent nearly a decade as finance chief of Jefferies Financial Group.
KindlyMD said Gendron will receive an annual base salary of $450,000 and an annual bonus with a target of up to 150% of her base pay.
KindlyMD, which earlier this year adopted a bitcoin-treasury strategy, said it has also hired former Jefferies finance executive John Dalton as chief accounting officer and controller.
