China Merchants Securities (SHA:600999) subsidiary CMS International will guarantee up to 700 million yuan in notes issued by its special purpose vehicle, CMS International Gemstone.
This brings the total outstanding notes guaranteed for the special purpose vehicle to 2.3 billion yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
