Shell (SHEL) Argentina, Equinor (EQNR), Vista Energy (VIST), and Argentina's state-owned YPF have entered into an agreement with Chile's national oil company ENAP for shale oil exports from Vaca Muerta in the Neuquen Basin, Reuters reported Friday, citing a statement from YPF.

The agreement is valid until June 2033 and includes an initial volume of up to 70,000 barrels per day, with the potential to generate $12 billion in revenue over its duration, Reuters cited YPF as saying.

The companies did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
