BUZZ-Silver miners rise on weaker dollar, rate-cut hopes

** U.S.-listed shares of silver miners rise premarket, tracking prices of white metal GOL/

** Spot silver XAG= rose 1.9% to $58.19/ounce after touching record high of $58.98 on Wednesday

** Prices rise as strong inflows into exchange-traded funds, expectations of interest rate cuts, and weaker dollar boosted demand for the metal

** Silver has surged about 101% so far this year, driven by a structural supply deficit, liquidity concerns and its addition to the U.S. critical minerals list

** Hecla Mining HL.N up 1.7% and Coeur Mining CDE.N rise 2%

** Canadian miners: Endeavour Silver EDR.TO, EXK.N up 2.5% and Silvercorp Metals SVM.TO, SVM.N climbs 1.5%** Abrdn Physical Silver Shares ETF SIVR.P and iShares Silver Trust ETF SLV.P both up 1.8%
