Global Mofy AI (GMM) agreed to sell 15 million Class A ordinary shares at $0.31875 each in a $4.8 million private placement with investors.
The company said Friday that proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital, product development, and expansion of its artificial intelligence technology platforms.
Shares of the company fell 4.4% in after-hours trading.
