Rubrik (RBRK) delivered a massive fiscal Q3 beat, exceeding top- and bottom-line estimates and raising full-year guidance across the board, reflecting strong enterprise demand for its cyber-resilience solutions amid rising artificial intelligence-driven threats, Wedbush Securities said in a Friday note.
According to the report, subscription annual recurring revenue rose 34% to $1.35 billion, with record net new subscription ARR of $94.4 million, while cloud ARR surged 53% to $1.175 billion, highlighting strong customer adoption and expansion.
Rubrik raised its 2026 outlook across revenue, ARR, margins, and cash flow, now guiding subscription ARR to $1.439 billion-$1.443 billion, with contribution margins improving to ~9%. Q4 revenue is expected to come in at $341 million-$343 million, ahead of prior estimates.
For 2027, management cautioned that revenue growth will temporarily slow as material rights from the cloud transition expire, though subscription ARR is expected to remain solid, the report said.
Wedbush maintained its Outperform rating on the stock with a price target of $120.
Shares of the company jumped 23.5% in recent trading.
