1133 ET - Salesforce is gaining more traction with Agentforce as customers are growing more confident about the AI product, Truist analysts led by Terry Tillman say. Agentforce has gotten much stronger since it launched in October 2024, and it can be used by businesses in a wider variety of use cases, combining data management with agentic capabilities, Tillman says. Customers are getting more comfortable moving beyond using Agentforce for customer service only, as these use cases grow more complex. Agentforce's pricing and packaging for licensing agreements is also becoming increasingly attractive for large business customers, Tillman says. (katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
