Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management (HKG:2408) raised HK$617.0 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.
The final offer price was set at HK$7.04 per share, according to an after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The Chinese noodle restaurant operator offered 97.4 million H-shares in the global offering.
The Hong Kong public offer was 425.97 times oversubscribed, with a final allocation of 9.7 million shares, or 10% of the total offering.
The international offering was 4.99 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 87.6 million shares, or 90% of the total.
An overallotment of 4.9 million shares was made in connection with the global offering.
Cornerstone investors, including HHLR Advisors, Guotai Junan Investments, Dream'ee Hong Kong OFC, Hong Kong Shengying Investment, Zeta Wisdom OFC, and Hai Di Lao Holdings, were allotted a combined 24.3 million shares.
Guangzhou Xiao Noodles is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Friday, Dec. 5.
