SpiceJet Adds Two Boeing 737 Aircraft to Fleet; Shares Up 6%

Indian airline SpiceJet (BOM:500285) has inducted two Boeing 737 aircraft into its fleet, both of which have already entered

commercial service from Nov. 26 and Nov. 29, respectively, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The two aircraft are currently deployed on key routes including Delhi-Bangkok, Ahmedabad-Dubai, and Ahmedabad-Kolkata.

The company's shares were up nearly 6% in recent trade.
