NatWest Group (NWG) has agreed to sell its 85% stake in Cushon to Willis Towers Watson's (WTW) UK business, the companies said Wednesday.
NatWest said the deal, expected to close in H1 of 2026, is part of a broader transaction in which WTW will acquire 100% of Cushon, a workplace savings and pensions fintech company.
NatWest said it will continue working with Cushon on a referral basis to meet ongoing workplace pension services demand from clients in its Commercial & Institutional business.
Separately, WTW said Cushon will add nearly 4 billion British pounds ($5.33 billion) in assets under management and 730,000 members to its portfolio.
