Vera Therapeutics (VERA) said late Monday it plans a public offering of $200 million of class A common shares.
The company will grant underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional 15% of the shares, according to a statement.
Vera shares fell 6.5% in after-hours trading.
